A week ago the 2022 NJHS students were inducted and tonight they were helping! I love being their advisor! #powerupmms #masbigreds
This happy Algebra student was so into using the quadratic formula he put on my vintage quadratic formula sweatshirt. Say it with me: opposite of b plus or minus square root of b squared minus 4 ac all over 2a! #PowerUpMMS #MASBigReds
After 2 years of no pi day it was nice to be able to celebrate my favorite number with 8th graders again! #PowerUpMMS
NJHS planned A Powertime activity today. Each student in the class wrote positive messages to every person in the class. My class wanted me to have a slide. It felt so good to write things about others! Thank you NJHS! ❤️ my PT students! #WhyYouMatter #PowerUpMMS

Congratulations to our newly inducted NJHS members! I am so proud of you! #PowerUpMMS #MASBigReds
5th hour virtual Algebra with no doc camera. No problem! If you would have told me a year ago I would be teaching a virtual class without a doc cam- I would have never believed you. Yet here we are- still learning! #PowerUpMMS #MASBigReds
It is fun to share your birthday with an awesome student in first hour! #PowerUpMMS #MASBigReds
I have had the privilege to sit in the pews of the church that Dr. King was a pastor. I am thankful for this day to pause and remember how important his life still is to the world. “The time is always right to do what is right.” Martin Luther King Jr.
I have won the lottery! I went to my mailbox and all of the mailboxes had pencils. But only my box had the world’s best! And they are sharpened! I do not know what I have done to deserve this, but I am so happy! Pencils are very important to math people! #PowerUpMMS #Ticonderoga
Today we biked/walked to school again. Today I showed Franklin where he would park his bike a couple of years from now. #PowerUpMMS
Your teacher wants to know you are safe! Teachers worry. If you are safe, PLEASE email your teacher every Monday. #PowerUpMMS

I am very grateful for my husband and son. They love me no matter what. I am very lucky! I am also thankful for bitmojis because they make me smile. #PowerUpMMS
Wow! Thank you Dr. Spickard! I had no idea this was a thing! It is very exciting! I will work very hard to make sure people are aware of math. Not to beware of math- that would be bad! #PowerUpMMS
April is Mathematics Awareness Month! @BarkerMms @LauraPerry25 @Mrs_Straub Thanks for helping all of our #PowerUpMMS mathematicians! #NAESP
