a culvert walk along a Rocky River trib near a project of ours. typical inspection but the seepage and stains have resulted in a cascade of color.
old pipe, new perspective.
ALT peering into the depths of a 8 foot tall culvert. far in the distance are two workers visible in their bright yellow safety gear and hard hats, illuminated by flashlights. water is flowing gently out of the pipe and towards the camera. rust stains and degradation line the outer edge of the pipe where it meets the gray cement inlet surface.
I love local government magic like this! Dedicated employees who take the time to respond to a young resident inquiring about a unicorn license is exactly the kind of thing I love to see! 🦄
