This post is about the absolute lack of both within the AFP.
How can an organisation charge someone with a crime, and then – almost 12 months after laying those charges – still be searching for the evidence that supposedly gave rise to them?
That is a question the AFP has refused to answer since 2016.
It became even more important after I beat the charges they laid against me in relation to a document they were still looking for 12 months later. Charges I ultimately defeated 16–0.
To this day, there has been no transparency and absolutely no accountability around this issue.
