Stacking bricks! The squad competed hard today! Top 4 for varsity boys medaled, top varsity girl medaled! Varsity boys placed 3rd as a team, and varsity girls placed 4th as a team! On to the next one #findAway @coach_steim
Starting to get back into basketball training while staying focused on track. Looking forward to building on the work and continuing to improve. 🏀 @CoachMatlock44 @CoachTJLawson @Knights_WBBall
Active recovery today. Keeping the body moving, the core engaged, and the momentum going. Recovery is part of the process. 💪🔥
Vacation in Vermont, but the work doesn’t stop. 💪 Still getting throws in, still following Coach Turner’s lifting program. Enjoying the scenery while staying locked in on the process. #TrackAndField #TrustTheProcess @YeatmanCoach @CoachMatlock44 @MomentumThrows @ihsknightstrack

The Knights went out and competed yesterday! Big shoutout to the medalists, the athletes earning season bests, and the athletes out there PRing! Let’s keep moving forward! @CoachByrd2589 @ihsknightstrack @YeatmanCoach
Not the start to the track season I wanted—my distances and my headspace haven’t been where I needed them to be. But things are turning around. Feeling better mentally and hitting some solid PRs in practice. Progress is progress. 💪🏃♂️@ihsknightstrack
