This is what pride looks like. This is what leadership looks like. Wyatt and Edwin raked out the whole field today after practice because they love the game and their team. Way to go boys!!

Baseball and Softball tryouts start March 16th! Don’t let that be your first day throwing and hitting. Ask mom and dad, ask a sibling, call a friend. Whatever it takes. Put down the electronics, get outside and practice!
And to the baseball and softball players that have yet to begin throwing...Season officially begins March 30. You don’t want sore arms so start throwing now!!

Do your pitchers do arm circles as part of their warm-up? Here's how to make them better. My buddy Kevin is a Javelin coach and olympic hopeful, and we've been discussing this drill from movement guru Ido Portal. More in the description.

Kids work too hard to be screwed over by umpires who plain suck. I won’t call you out by name, but you should never be assigned another baseball game ever again. A ball that was called fair that was never fair from leaving the bat. 50 people weren’t screaming for a reason.

MIAA and Worcester Umpire Boards need to get there crap together. Enough of the fractured boards that produce shit umpires because they are “buddies”. Move too a 3/4 man crew for districts. It’s become an embarrassing joke @MIAA033 @worcumpires costing team games everywhere!!

Another black eye for the MIAA and Worcester Area Umpires today. You cannot assign decrepit umpires to district games that can’t squat behind the plate, who can’t cover 3rd base and call fair/foul from behind the catchers box without moving. These are playoffs games! @MIAA033
Quaboag Varsity Cougars Baseball will be playing Thursday June 6 at Tahanto at 4pm. Let’s goooooooo!!!!!
3) Jason Swistak hit a bomb over the left fielders head for a double and Dorman and Hart each had a pair of hits and Justin Janosz had an RBI single and a run scored. The Cougars close out the regular season Saturday against Uxbridge at The ‘Boag on Senior Day, game time TBD.
