Been exploring @2FactorFinance lately, and what interests me most is its approach to Bitcoin leverage.
Instead of simply chasing higher multiples,2Factor focuses on making leverage more sustainable through a different capital structure, with BTC-Jr targeting moderate 1.33x exposure

Crypto has a way of making bigger numbers look better. More leverage, more yield, more upside.
But people don’t talk enough about what can go wrong along the way. That’s part of why I’ve been following @2FactorFinance .
BTC-Jr targets 1.33x leverage. It’s not the biggest number out there, but the idea is to make more sense for people holding Bitcoin long term.
Honestly, I find that approach more interesting than simply chasing higher leverage.
Of course, the real test comes when Bitcoin takes a serious hit. A whitepaper can explain the design, but only real market conditions show how it holds up.
That’s what I’ll be watching.

My journey with @base began in October 2023. A lot has happened since then, and I've learned so much along the way.
Being selected as a base Advocate was an important milestone for me. It gave me the opportunity to contribute in a different way, help people, meet incredible individuals, and play a more active role in an ecosystem that had already been part of my life for years. Now, more than a year later, I can truly say that this experience has meant a lot to me. 💙
For me, the value of this journey goes beyond the role itself. It's about the people I've met, the lessons I've learned, and the moments I've shared with this community. I'm proud that I had the chance to be part of it and contribute to the community, especially by supporting the Kurdish community along the way.
Now my time as an Advocate has come to an end, but my story with Base isn't over. I've been part of this ecosystem for years, and I still want to find new ways to contribute and help it grow...
I'm genuinely thankful to everyone who stood by me, supported me, guided me, and made this experience so meaningful. Thank you to the team, the leads, and all the Advocates I had the chance to work with. Each of you has become part of a journey I'll always value. 🩵
A special thank you to @jessepollak @svmvn @cb03c66 @biewen_ @0xKacperrr0 @remaonchain , and everyone who has been part of this journey with me.
This isn't the end of my connection with Base. It's simply the end of one role and the beginning of another chapter.
I'll always be grateful for this journey. 💙🟦

just landed back in the US after 3 incredible days in singapore. some quick observations:
- chinese+asian builder energy is unmatched
- tons of demand for tokenized equities across trading and borrow/lend
- local stablecoins are breaking out and base is the place where it's happening
- the trenches are alive and its being driven by genz/gena - memes are not going anywhere
- lots of great learnings for base - and a shared feeling that we are a trusted partner because we are here for the long term and keep getting better
back to work
I like the idea of thinking beyond short-term trades and building something designed with the long game in mind.
Still early, but definitely a project worth keeping an eye on. 🟠

One thing I’ve been thinking about lately: leverage isn’t always about going bigger. Sometimes, it’s about building a structure that actually makes sense for the long term.
That’s what caught my attention about @2FactorFinance.

What I find interesting is the idea behind BTC-Jr: targeting around 1.33x leverage rather than chasing the 2x or 3x multiples that can be difficult to sustain through Bitcoin’s volatility.
