1. Scrolling on the toilet for 20 minutes Blood pressure can spike to 200/120 for 30 seconds during that strain. If an artery is already 70% blocked, that spike alone can be enough to rupture it. Heart attacks at 6am in the bathroom aren't a coincidence.
