Weekend hack: HackerTube. I was annoyed with YouTube's recommendations so I had Claude filter down 43M comments over 20 years of HN to 6,454 videos that keep being recommended. *Significantly* better viewing experience, ~2 hours with Opus 5.5: hackertube.org/ - Excellent recs without any logins (state is kept in local browser session) - Thumbnail is a representative frame from middle of the video instead of the super duper A/B test hyper-optimized user uploads - Underlying data from the comment analysis as one zip file, point your Claude at it and ask for your own version - HackerTube Longs ✊ A bit more on the process: I use Claude Code (desktop app for Mac), Opus 5.5 on Medium effort as my default. I only talk to Claude and have it do everything, the only "manual work" I helped with in tandem was in the browser (reminiscent of MenuGen): 1) I had to create some kind of API key from Google Cloud UI to query YouTube for video metadata, 2) I booted up a VPS box for serving and 3) I bought the domain name. Once the box was up I gave Claude the IP and told it update, secure, harden, deploy and optimize the code, and it did the whole thing. Many awesome projects that would have normally taken weeks/months even can now be few-shotted for breakfast. What else are we not thinking of.

We have released Zero Breach Toolkit, a free open sourced tool capable of detecting over 12,100 traces of Israeli & other spyware on your devices. It works on Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and Iphones. You can download it here: github.com/interplains/Zero-… Inside the folder with the tools run this command: python -X utf8 scan/zero-breach-toolkit.py It never writes to disk, never connects to the internet, or ask for admin perms. It takes around 10-15 minutes to run depending on the device. This project is fully open source, so feel free to take the code and use it to create your own tools. If you find some spyware on your device, consider sending it to us via telegram. Leave us a star on GitHub if the tool helped you. Follow our backups: @ZionismExposedx @IsraelExposedAr God bless

this aged really well - thx G
In January, I went on @myfirstmilpod and talked about how I was buying $IREN as an AI hedge. I called it a "Picasso I found at a garage sale." Well, the stock is up around 125% since I recommended it, but believe it or not, in my opinion, it's still cheap. Here's the trade in a nutshell: 1. US capacity for energy + compute is highly constrained 2. Permitting and building facilities takes years 3. AI scaling laws are continuing to deliver (see Grok 4), but even if they don't, tons of compute is required for inference (running ChatGPT, Claude, etc) 3. IREN is a highly reputable publicly traded Bitcoin miner with massive datacenters mid-build in Texas. 4. It pivoted from mining Bitcoin at these new facilities, to instead build them out for AI training and inference. 5. Once completed, these facilities should generate in the range of $2 billion in new cashflow. 6. Even if AI completely fizzles, these facilities are highly valuable as traditional datacenters or can be rolled back to mine Bitcoin. 7. The entire market cap is currently $5.8 billion. Sidenote: If you work at a frontier lab or need inference, you should do a deal with them: ✅ IREN owns the whole stack—land, power, data-center infrastructure, and GPUs—it can spin up capacity faster than anyone else. ✅ They’ve just doubled their fleet with NVIDIA’s newest Blackwell chips and are ready to scale. ✅ Ability to ramp to tens of thousands of GPUs within months ✅ 2 GW Sweetwater, TX campus on deck (first 1.4 GW energized Apr ’26) Talk to @tim_delcourt and tell him I sent you. Check out my more detailed post about IREN from January here: teapawt.net/awilkinson/status/1887…

Lifehacks: 1. Be cringe. Trying isn’t cringe. Cringe isn’t trying 2. Pick the heart emoji for a warm iMessage; skip the thumbs up 3. Being on someone's IG close friends doesn't mean you are close friends 4. The fastest way to get out of your crappy town is by building an audience 5. Build an email list yesterday 6. Don’t be the last one at a party, you've got a big day tomorrow 7. Come to dinner prepared with stories 8. Start "no-complaints" day, shift perspectives Listen more than talk 9. Use your favorites on contact screen and call those people 1x+ per week (also, call your mom) 10. Show up to meetings with small gifts (the ROI is insane) 11. Build your own BS detector. Most of what you read is BS 12. Connect tribes is the best way to build a business 13. Don’t be transactional with friends, be giving 14. Keep a learning list, make learning your “side-hustle” 15. Use colored pens, enhance note-taking 16. Create themed playlists, curate moods 17. Listen to happy music often 18. Create your personal "quote collection," stay inspired 19. Don’t forget about day 1 friends. They’ve known you from the start 20. But don’t keep friends around for the sake of it. Friends help other friends grow 21. Craft personal mission statement, guide decisions 22. Throw dinner parties and invite the most interesting people you can find 23. Chasing generational wealth is overrated. Wealth is underrated. 24. Give friends lifts, pick them up from the airport 25. Amplify your weird, celebrate your uniqueness 26. Send friends songs you think they’ll like 27. Pour people’s drinks before yours. People appreciate that. 28. When you’re out with people breaking bread, put your phone on airplane mode 29. Seek discomfort daily, grow exponentially monthly 30. You’re never too late. I started a podcast last year, everyone told me it was too late 31. Avoid prescription drugs, it’s a slippery slope 32. Zig when others zag. The coolest products/communities are built feel different 33. When reading articles or books, take photos of important passages or quotes with your phone for easy reference later. Add to folder. Print it out 34. Send postcards to friends and family when you travel 35. Say I appreciate you, instead of appreciated. It’s appreciated 36. Want to get to know someone better, quickly? Take them to a bunch of places in a really short amount of time. Grab coffee, walk for dessert, go to a really cool museum. Be memorable. Keep them on their toes. 1.5 hour meeting just felt like 3 x 1.5h meetings 37. Listen to pump-up songs before important meetings or events. Get in the zone 38. Tone of voice is the secret key to convincing people. Language is what we say, tone is how we say it. Study the greats and see how they do it. Then mimic them. 39. Have fun If you believe even one person could benefit, please like, RT this post. For more insights, follow me on Twitter and explore my latest content via the link in my bio. Ok, final lifehack... 40. Embrace the weekend's magic and savor every moment

The number 1 reason a website exist is make you click the buy button. The best designers know that. The rest makes funky stuff that probably don’t convert.

Ai Agents can sell you on stuff now - pretty impressive
One of the most impressive AI demo I've seen. This is the future of customer service. Agents that can understand text, speech, images and even live video. Soon to be all open-source.

The future is now old man
we've seen nothing yet! hosted a 9-13 yo vibe-coding event w. @robertkeus this w-e (h/t @antonosika @LovableBuild) takeaway? AI is unleashing a generation of wildly creative builders beyond anything I'd have imagined and they grow up *knowing* they can build anything!

What is hyper personalisation? Short answer: It's asking questions, to know WHO you are talking to, and giving them content that picks them up EXACTLY where they are. Why is thats valuable: A) you got data and a picture of the person you talking to B) your costumers don't feel they are sold to C) your costumers get an individual piece of content that helps them where ever they are in their journey How to implement: There is a simple playbook that is played by smart entrepreneur. They build a Landingpage -> Quiz -> ask valuable questions to segment -> give them individual content to bridge them -> sell to them BASED on where they are. Big Plus point here: you got tons of valuable data to work from here. Not just a Name and an email address.
