Gather your team and join me at 7pm on Saturday 31 October at Oakridge Hall for All for my Charity Quiz Night.
Put your knowledge to the test and enjoy a fun evening while supporting the Mayor's Charity Appeal.
On Saturday, for World Mental Health Day, I was pleased to join the Basingstoke Samaritans for their 5k dawn walk. We welcomed the sunrise together while walking to save lives and so that no one has to face their darkest hours alone.
Join me on Monday 22 June at 10am at the Civic Offices for an armed forces flag raising ceremony to show the borough's support for the armed forces community, including cadets, reservists, serving personnel,
veterans and their families. (1/2)
On this anniversary of D-Day, we remember the bravery of those who landed on the beaches of Normandy, turning the tide of World War Two.
Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. We honour them today and always. #LestWeForget
My time as Mayor of Basingstoke and Deane is approaching its end, so if you have been intending to make a donation to my charity appeal, now is the time!
I appreciate every donation which will support St Michael's Hospice and the Whitchurch Community Swimming Pool.
This year my charity appeal is supporting @smhbasingstoke and the Whitchurch Community Swimming Pool.
Both charities are working hard for our local people. If you're interested in finding out more about my Charity Appeal, or would like to donate, visit the council's website.
Happy St. George's Day to you all.
We are flying the the flag of St. George outside of the civic offices to mark this special day. #StGeorgesDay
Do you, or does someone you know, have a special birthday, wedding anniversary or celebration coming up?
If so - CONGRATULATIONS! Please contact my office to arrange for a card from me to be sent to mark the celebration. Simply go to the council's website and we'll do the rest.
Easter greetings to you all. I hope that the holiday brings you peace, joy and happiness.
Happy Easter 🐣
