🤝 day 1/207 · building in public · INTRO POST! I’m Matt. I’ve spent 15 years in sales, from Account Executive to Head of Sales. At one point, I managed more than 50+ reps. At my last startup, I helped take ARR from $0 to $2M. I built the outbound engine, segmentation, playbook, and systems behind that growth. Today, I help GTM teams put AI into real workflows so they can spend less time on busywork and more time with customers. But the painful parts of enterprise sales have stuck with me. I want to build tools that make life easier for strategic reps. I’m going to share that process here: what I build, who I talk to, what breaks, and what I learn. Why 207 days you ask? Little details don’t just polish a deal. They keep it alive! A clear answer. A useful follow up. Doing what you said you would. I’m learning that building my GTM POC takes the same care. One small improvement at a time. What’s one small detail that helped you move a deal or a build forward?
