Not everything comes with a set of #engineering drawings. Using our FARO Arm blue light laser scanner, we can scan a component & turn measurements into a 3D model. From there, our engineers can create the engineering drawings & reproduce it using modern manufacturing methods.

#Casting starts long before the metal gets poured! Our #patternmakers have to turn a 3D design into the pattern & tooling that will create the #mould. That's machining the shape, allowing for shrinkage & making sure all details are accounted for before it reaches the #foundry.
