ICE smashed the window of a disabled Iraq War veteran, on his way to work, pepper-sprayed him, dragged him out at gunpoint, and locked him up for three days without charges.
This is fascism.
PAXIS.app confirms that George Retes is a citizen, a disabled U.S. Army veteran who served his country in Iraq.
Federal agents smashed his truck window, sprayed him with chemical agents, detained him for three days, denied him contact with his family, and released him without charges. He missed his daughter’s third birthday while sitting in a cell.
No person on American soil should fear being treated this way, least of all a citizen and veteran at the hands of his own government. A nation that can do this to a U.S. citizen and veteran can do it to anyone.

#BREAKING: Liz Oyer: “I was shocked to hear Mr Blanche’s testimony about this yesterday. What he said about my firing is provably false. His claim that it had nothing to do with the concerns I raised is contradicted by documents and evidence. His claim that he tried to call me before sending marshals to my home is flat out false. His claim that it is normal for DOJ to use armed law enforcement officers to deliver mail to the homes of its former employees is preposterous. The casual lies that Mr Blanche tells, even while sitting in this chair testifying to this committee, are emblematic of a much larger problem. To the American public, it looks like Mr Blanche is running DOJ as Donald Trump’s personal law firm. Americans across the political spectrum rely on DOJ to keep us safe and free. Mr Blanche has shown that he is willing to put all of that at risk to serve a political agenda. I beg the members of this committee to think about what this is costing our country. Please do not degrade our justice system further by promoting Mr Blanche.” 😳

The heart of our constitutional crisis in one exchange between me and Sec. Mullin. When asked a simple question - if he will obey court orders - he says he will not because some court orders are "politicized".
That's not how democracy works. And that's why we are in a crisis.

This is Ken Paxton's mugshot.
He was indicted on 3 felony counts for investment fraud.
He was reported to the FBI by his own staff for bribery.
He was impeached by his own party for corruption.
Now he’s the Republican nominee for US Senate in Texas.
Together we will stop him.

The President is now exempt from our tax laws while everyone else has to obey them.
Got it.
It's just mind blowing that is what's happening in America.

A military blockade is an act of war. The Trump Administration is claiming it does not need Congress’ authorization to continue its blockade. The facts and the law do not line up.
This is getting out of control. All signs towards a civil war. Trump must reform ICE role asap. First off, all ICE officers must take their masks off. And act in plain sight. Be held accountable. Be prosecuted if/when they kill.

🚨 HUGE NEWS
Monday, January 12, 2026, the law firm Heaphy, Smith, Harbach & Windom LLP, officially opened its doors in Washington, D.C.
You might recognize the names of this law firms founders:
• Jack Smith: Former DOJ Special Counsel who led the investigations into the January 6th Capitol riot and the mis-handling of Trump's classified documents.
• Tim Heaphy: Former U.S. Attorney and the chief investigative counsel for the House January 6th Select Committee.
• David Harbach: A former federal prosecutor who served on Smith’s special counsel team, specifically working on the classified documents case.
• Thomas Windom: A veteran prosecutor who led the investigation into Trumps efforts to interfere with the 2020 election.
The firms founders have expressed that the firm's creation was motivated by a desire to defend the "rule of law" and maintain independence outside of large corporate law firms. And while they don't embrace the "resistance" label, they have confirmed they are prepared to represent civil servants, FBI agents, or other individuals who feel they have been unfairly targeted or terminated by the Trump regime.

For fact’s sake: There was NO $17 million cut to the Los Angeles Fire Department budget this year. In fact, there was a $50 million INCREASE in the Los Angeles Fire Department. Cold, hard facts. Full stop. Period.
To those who spread misinformation: issue corrections. Now.

And let me tell you something, do not underestimate the elders. Grandmas, do your thing.
