Progressive except Palestine is not progressive at all. Voters aren’t willing to overlook your desire to spend their tax dollars funding a genocidal apartheid state.
This is wrong @RoKhanna. All three of us who lost in NYC had very progressive records (including supporting Medicare for All) and we all had the overwhelming support of actual working families — labor unions, public housing residents and immigrant communities. That’s because we all have gone to battle for those communities and offered practical and meaningful solutions that could actually get passed in a system that requires bipartisanship.

Tomorrow, the House will vote on the NDAA, which includes a provision to merge parts of our military with the IDF.
This amendment is an existential threat to American sovereignty and democracy.
Every member of Congress must vote NO.

Minority Leader Jeffries opposes the Massie-Khanna amendment to cut $3 billion of aid to Israel, but leaves members of his party to vote their conscience. My conscience is clear. I will
vote against using American tax dollars to fund genocide.
Khanna on DNC autopsy: Did you notice it doesn’t mention Gaza? This party needs to start telling hard truths. One of those truths is that Israel committed a genocide—that we shouldn’t give a single dollar to commit that genocide. That was an issue in 2024, it will be an issue in 2026 and 2028. So we need another report on the impact of Gaza on 2024.

That’s weird. I’m old enough remember a time when Douglas Murray went on Joe Rogan’s show and told @ComicDaveSmith he had a “journalistic rule” of not talking about or commenting on countries until “I have been there.”
Has Murray “been” to Iran?
‘World leaders should be grateful the US is doing what's necessary in Iran.’ My column in Friday’s @nypost nypost.com/2026/04/02/opinio…
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Douglas Murray previously stated "I have a journalistic rule of trying never to talk about a country, even in passing, unless I've at least been there".
Murray has never been to Iran.

Can a Trump supporter explain to me why Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel went on TV to explain the war to Americans but not President Donald Trump?

Of course. The government of Israel is addicted to bombing hospitals, schools, refugee camps which are all war crimes.

Where are those Muslim imams and community leaders who did a rally for him, calling him the peace candidate, in 2024?
Where are all the pundits, including some on the left, who claimed he would be the antiwar president?

I respect Pete. But we need moral clarity, not status quo. Yes, @jonfavs Dems should have voted for the Sanders Amdt. Yes, Dems should join my letter recognizing a Palestinian state. Yes, Trump AND Biden disastrously failed on Gaza, & we need a new human rights centered vision.
