I’m of the opinion that when you’re wielding 8 figures of other people’s money to allocate on roster construction, that needs to be 100% of the HC’s focus. He’s no longer a OC/DC, he’s a CEO with key stakeholders that he has a fiduciary responsibility for. Lebby ain’t that

Jeff Traylor would be a great candidate. HC experience and SEC experience as an associate HC at Arkansas. You have to get a sitting HC at a smaller school where he’s bringing guys in todays CFB

I’m firmly on the Fire Lebby train, but the only way firing him would actually benefit our program is if we went out and hired Jeff Traylor. Otherwise, I don’t think it’s worth making the move.
