This federal work email request doesn't make a lot of sense to me. They had 3 days to respond? I check my work email once a week.
The email request was utterly trivial, as the standard for passing the test was to type some words and press send!
Yet so many failed even that inane test, urged on in some cases by their managers.

Infants couldn't feel pain until the late 1980s. Pets couldn't, either. No anesthetic. Doctors would paralyze their tiny patients so they wouldn't squirm during surgery.
Today, human fetuses are the ones who can't feel pain--but only during abortion.
