1st side conversation: “They need to play Chido”
2nd one: “We need to play closer to the line in coverage.”
3rd: “What is Roquan doing out there?!”
The conversation that should happen: “Why can’t we tackle?!”

"Your QB don't do the same shit. Your QB plays with the team. My QB is the team".
Exactly. Stop being a bitch and let the man heal so he can properly carry the team like they expect him to.

The snowball effects from the Mark Andrews and John Simpson contracts are severely understated.
Overpaid for underperforming players past their prime and now you can’t make trades to make your team better because you don’t have the cap space
The guy literally got in front of a mic and told everyone it was a high ankle sprain and not only are yall saying you don’t believe him but yall are saying him being transparent is more evidence that he’s not transparent lmao
“I don’t think it’s contract related. I do believe he’s injured. But there’s something that always rubs me just slightly the wrong way when Lamar is out and he is unwilling to just say exactly what it is.”

Lamar Jackson keeps trending closer to a return.
Week 6: I had him at 85% no-go
Week 7: 66% no-go
Week 8: 50-50
This is his best chance to return since the ankle injury.

Has anyone actually watched Lamar Jackson play football in the last 5 years instead of immediately going to "well, no legs no QB"?
He's still an ELITE passer with insane arm talent. His legs elevate him but why are acting like he's Kyle Boller without his mobility?
If you're the Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson turns 30 in January
He's missed multiple games in four of the last six years
He's not going to age like Aaron Rodgers
When Jackson loses his speed/ athleticism, his value is going to fall off a cliff
Do you continue to try to win a title with him over the next two or three seasons, or do you explore trading him?
Where you're ideally targeting a front office on the hot seat, one willing to overpay in the name of keeping their jobs
Considering that Derrick Henry turns 33 in January himself and that he's one of the handful of true difference makers on the roster/ the combination of the two of them makes the Ravens a unique threat
Baltimore's front office has to at least be kicking the tires on moving on from Jackson before that cliff arrives

I want to salute Lamar Jackson, Kyle Hamilton, Derrick Henry, Zay Flowers, and Nnamdi Madubuike. There hasn't been a single game where their effort and desire to win could be questioned. That's what it means to "Play Like A Raven." Losses are a part of the game; quitting is not.

Chidobe Awuzie was one of our best corners last year and this year he’s getting paid 5 million to watch the game. Make it make sense

I want this tweet to serve as an official petition. For the past five years, the Ravens have continuously played ‘Enter Sandman’ by Metallica to start the fourth quarter at home.
In that time, they’ve blown double the amount of fourth quarter leads as any other team has.
You fired your coach to stop blowing fourth quarter leads. You signed a pass rusher. You’ve talked about the psychological effects in pressers.
Why not switch that song and idea? For the PSL owners fans, it’s like a PTSD siren of all the blown leads rolled into one.
The song itself has no connection to Baltimore, Maryland, the Ravens, or anything in general that’s relevant to the teams, fans, players, coaches, etc.
Pick a different song. Do something else.
Maybe it doesn’t help, but it certainly can’t hurt.
Sincerely,
Tired of blown leads.
Throw Enter Sandman in the trash. It’s cursed. Get it the fuck out of my face @ravens

Lamar has missed 7 games since the start of the 2023 season. No surgeries. Damn we are prisoners of the moment. 10 NFL starting QBs have missed more games in the same time period. Not one word about them. We saw a 300LB dude fall in him & we dismiss it. Herd mentality is rampant.
Caleb literally spoke to the media last week and said he didn’t want to say what grade his hamstring injury was and nobody cared lol
