BREAKING: lCE agents have now detained a 2-year-old girl in south Minneapolis and put her on a commercial flight out of Minnesota DESPITE a judge ordering the toddler’s release.
Lawyers say they were asylum-seekers, stopped without a warrant, with no final removal order.
Agents allegedly used chemical irritants and flash-bangs as they detained her.
The court order was signed at 8:10 p.m.
By 8:30 p.m., they were already airborne to Texas.
This is a stunning abuse of power and a direct defiance of the courts.
