Proud of @rmhsfootball for punching back after spotting Floyd Central 21 points to start the game. They kept punching and ran off 34 straight points before Floyd Central fans started leaving the stadium with almost 7 minutes of game left. It was beautiful to witness.
My man @heldt_evan1445
Have a day, Heldt…🔥🔥🔥
Floyd Central driving after Memorial took the lead in the 3rd Qtr…but momentum swings back to the Tigers after this HUGE Evan Heldt INT.
TWO picks on the day for @heldt_evan1445 including a pick 6.
HUGE win tonight by @mem_boyssoccer over Castle, 3-1. I only counted 2 seniors on our roster and Castle was ranked 1st or 2nd in the State. Castle had chances all night but our defense held strong and we finished each chance we had. Just a great W for the kids. Outstanding.
What a privilege to watch @RmhsTigers play tonight. Lost a tough one but the team is young and full of potential. Gonna be fun to watch the young ones grow. Helluva match by the way. Came up short but close sets all night.
Mater Dei’s JV volleyball team just called the greatest timeout in the history of timeouts. Down 19-9 they called time. Went on a 16-1 run to close the 2nd set. @RmhsTigers had no chance. It was tough to watch.
Flag football night for @MemAthletics. Beat Castle earlier tonight, now Mater Dei’s turn. Go Big Blue.
Has anyone in the weak ass SIAC played better since the start of week two than @Gene_Aimone1? I think not. Numbers 3-4-5 and doing real damage to the rest of the conference.
The SIAC is horrific again. Bosse, Harrison, and Central should be relegated elsewhere. Jasper is always overhyped. Memorial, Reitz, Mater Dei, North, and Castle should just play each other twice a year and have two non-SIAC games.
Big Blue steals a game from North we probably should have lost and it doesn’t happen without the defense bending and not breaking and the tough running of @Gene_Aimone1 Kid scored twice from deep including one where he imposed his will on those poor North defenders. Well done 4.
Cat’s out of the bag now. No, not that Jasper is overrated (again) in football. No, not that the SIAC is garbage (again). But that @dru_ellis8 is a BAD MAN. #5 just wore Jasper out tonight. Based on my shady memory, he scored 4 tuddies and had a pick on D. Just beat their asses.
Are you reading this @BarstoolRMHS
Hey @samschulz9 you can rest easy youngster. You’ve done your part, now let us continue the tradition for you. Not seeing you on the sidelines will be weird but we’ll do our best to make you proud. Rest in peace Sam.
Go. Big. Blue.
