Shanequa Donovan called 911 after her brother, Rashaun, allegedly attacked relatives with a knife. She even threw keys to NYPD cops from the window so they could get in. She & her boyfriend then struggled with Rashaun, she pried the knife from him, then cops came & shot HER!
