Eytan and Israel were both severely wounded in close combat with Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

For the first time, disabled @IDF veterans are participating in the #InvictusGames, which are being held this year in Dusseldorf, Germany. The athletic competition brings together wounded warriors from around the world and uses sports as tools for physical and mental rehabilitation. Our Yom Ha’atzmaut Mission ended among Heroes. At the site of Valley of Tears, we heard of the Yom Kippur War from #BeitHalochem members Avigdor Kahalani, whose actions helped turn the war around & Amnon Sharon who was a Syrian POW. They broke his body, but not his spirit.
