This is my second year in crypto.
During this time, I have gained lessons— some more valuable than others.
Now, I’ll share 9 insights I have gained over the last couple of months.🧵

Grok Bot is STILL the most underrated tool for running your whole hustle, and nobody's using it that way
I don't use one bot. I run a team:
- one scans X every few hours for remote crypto content and growth roles
- one sorts every find, filters out junk, and preps the application
- one runs a daily job search across the boards
- one tracks every post I make and logs how it performed
- one scans 126 charts for my key-level trading setups
- one handles deep research on demand
- and one "Head of Bot" manages all of them so I don't burn my usage before the weekly reset
I wake up to job leads, trade setups, and content data, without lifting a finger.

Machi got liquidated 5 times in one hour. Account down to ~$5K.
Minutes later he opened a 25x $ETH long.
Hyperliquid should list him as a liquidity provider.
Machi (@machibigbrother) got liquidated 5 times in just 1 hour!
He now has only ~$5K left in his account.

Just don't die. Survive long enough to figure out what works.
As you walk the way, the way appears.
Just keep doing and doing and doing, and eventually you'll get it right.

Been more than a week since I moved my workflow to @openmarket_xyz.
As much as I enjoyed using the platform, I still have my concerns. The problem boils down to two main issues: precision and proof.
First, not having custom timeframes (like 3H or 20m) is like trying to measure something with a ruler that only has inch marks when you actually need millimeters. It makes your analysis less accurate because you can't see the exact timing of market moves.
Second, the 5-month limit on backtesting is too short to prove a strategy actually works. Markets change constantly. Sometimes they are calm, and sometimes they are crazy.
If you only test for five months, you might only be seeing one "mood" of the market.
To be sure a strategy is good, you need to see how it performs over a much longer period to ensure it can handle any situation.
I just moved my workflow from TradingView over to @openmarket_xyz.
I'm still exploring the interface, but the free backtesting tools are already a major level-up compared to what TradingView offers on their free plan.
It's been great being able to test my strategies without needing a paid subscription. 👀
Might be alpha
Came across @IThinkItsArt
Their Genesis collection is all about art, creativity, and community. “I Think It’s Art. I Think It’s Yours.”
• 1,111 supply | Ethereum
• Free mint
• Mint date: TBA
• WL details: Coming soon
Still early & stay positioned.

While most people are still staring at charts, trying to figure out what just happened, you're already miles ahead. You’re watching the pulse of the market live on @hypurrdash.
With Hyperdash, you are watching the heartbeat of the market in real time. You see the aggregate whale positions shift and breathe as they happen.
You get the edge of real-time intelligence to spot these massive shifts in exposure before anyone else.

a16z just dropped "crypto" from its name.
a16z Crypto is now a16z Frontier, expanding into AI, robotics and "new kinds of networks."
Most will read this as bearish. I read it differently.
The infrastructure is fading into the background.
The winners won't call themselves crypto.
Today, a16z Crypto is becoming a16z Frontier.
Since joining a16z in 2013, @cdixon has focused on technologies that look futuristic well before they reach the mainstream. Those themes led to investments in Oculus, Skydio, Zipline, Coinbase, Solana, and Uniswap.
Frontier expands that mandate beyond crypto to back "outer planet" founders who are building new technologies and creating markets that may take years to develop.
Chris joins @pmarca, @bhorowitz, and @eriktorenberg to discuss why crypto has become part of the broader tech landscape, why Frontier fills a hole in the firm's architecture, and why they'd rather be too early than too late.
They also get into why the gap between AI-native startups and incumbents is the widest Marc has ever seen, how AI could pull forward 20 years of frontier technology, why stablecoins may become the way AI agents pay each other, how AI is breaking the internet's business model, and why today's 18-year-olds are about to become superhumans.
0:50 Introducing a16z Frontier
2:49 Smartphone parts to drones and VR
4:47 Backing the "outer planets"
7:11 Good ideas that look like bad ideas
10:43 The JP Morgan photo in Marc's office
15:13 Good tech ideas eventually work
16:53 AI may pull tech 20 years forward
18:18 The widest AI gap Marc's ever seen
22:06 Workers adopt AI before companies do
26:32 Old use cases vs. AI-native ones
30:08 Beyond "product manager brain"
34:45 AI can reverse engineer any hardware
38:23 The case for open source AI
46:36 How AI breaks the internet's model
49:11 VR, homebrew hacking, multiplayer AI

I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who did not believe Kimchi netted $40m on Trump.
Knew it was all a facade from the onset, but it’s easier to sell lifestyle and status games to trick normies.
Nice work @bubblemaps for uncovering this.
1/ Kimchi didn't make $40M on $TRUMP
Not even close.
We traced his wallets and found his actual profits 🧵

I used to think "smart money" was just a meme since you can't see their books.
But on Hyperliquid, you actually can. Every position, entry, and liquidation is public. Hyperdash just sorts the data so you can see who's actually winning.
Check which side you're on before your next long.
