Well-done paper on recurrence detection for HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer. Will be interesting to see how detection method changes with more routine ctDNA surveillance testing.
Across an 8-year span, 80% of patients with recurrent HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer had their recurrence detected through symptom changes vs imaging surveillance. ja.ma/4dOU5qx

Rad onc = #1 for professional fulfillment 🙌🏽
1 in 3 academic physicians report they are considering leaving their institution within 2 years. Burnout and lack of professional fulfillment were associated with intention to leave; a comprehensive approach will be needed to reduce physician turnover. ja.ma/3GKmRKN

More is better for SRS?
Another (retrospective) study showing fractionated SRS results in better local control compared to single-fraction SRS, this time in pre-op setting (p=0.009 on matched analysis). Nice work by Drs. Roshan Prabhu and @stuxrt
