La volonté légitime du président salvadorien de sauver ses quatre militaires ne saurait justifier une intervention militaire unilatérale en Haïti, en violation de sa souveraineté nationale.
La lutte contre les gangs ne saurait devenir un prétexte pour contourner le droit international. Toute opération militaire doit s’inscrire dans un cadre juridique clairement établi, conformément au mandat de la Force de répression des gangs (FRG) et aux dispositions de la Charte des Nations unies.
La gravité de la situation sécuritaire en Haïti ne suspend ni le droit international ni la souveraineté du pays.

Years ago when I was starring in Microsoft TV commercials, I had a really tough shoot day where I *COULD NOT* get my closing line right. Simple line, said it thousands of times before, but that day, it just wouldn't come out straight.
I was getting really frustrated, so our director pulled me aside and said "Look. I did a commercial shoot a few years back with Tom Skerritt. He screwed up the same line over 100 times before we got a good take...and that guy's won a bunch of Emmys. Relax."
From that day on "Less takes than Skerritt" became an inside joke for my team, and eventually my family, for whenever we took multiple tries to accomplish something simple.
Rest in peace, Tom. Thanks for the movies, the shows, and our unofficial motto.
