Avax swing long for the day ones
Would normally run this w low lev on perps but I honestly didn't expect it to move this quickly and I didn't want to pay funding so just sent it with some spot. Ended up a pretty big win that I'm proud of
- Weekly trend reclaimed/bullish retest
- Acceptance into yearly value (above YVAL)
- Market in early retard mode
I really don't expect coins like this to continue doing well, just a thing that tends to happen early in early bull cycles so worth sending when the setup is there
There's a stigma against hopefulness which forces it to mask as optimism in order to exist, which it must
without this distinction, people who are hopeful will call themselves optimistic which only causes arbitrary distinctions between "types" of optimism

Desire, structure, and discipline are not just tools for self improvement. They are what is required for true metaphysical change of the self, and they necessitate each other

Btc being gay and not giving me much to work with so we trade what's clean and available
Relative strength on the day (for some reason), respecting the 1h trend and dVAH. Good setup for continuation, decided to frontrun the original TP at the +2SD and take it at the small local npoc because I've been sitting at the desk too long
Been playing around with alts more and trading them more so in a vacuum as opposed to doing everything based off btc and it's been going pretty well

Recognition Part 5 - The Ceiling of Caution
- Expanding on last week's topic of reapproaching risk and moving from abstract to actual, how I went about applying my new mentality
- The fallacy of trying to reduce uncertainty

This was probably the most difficult hurdle for me so far. I spent a long time un-learning a lot of bad habits and it was difficult to start trusting myself with risk again, but if you really are putting the work in and seeing improvement you have to take the leap sometime

alright so let's take stock of the current situation, equities ripping and crypto is pathetically weak
going into summer so no reason to think it gets dramatically better in the short term - feels bad but these dynamics don't last forever
if you are actively trying to become a trader you basically have 2 options rn: you either become apathetic and disconnect from markets just to come back when btc is back up (and most likely end up roundtripping again) or you lock the fuck in and you learn a skillset that will give you the tools to be profitable regardless of market regime
spent years doing option 1 until I decided enough was enough and it was time to try something new
imo if you are serious about this job then you owe it to yourself to give it a real shot and as far as teachers and communities go there is no better option than the legends in @TheParagonGrp, it's where I learned all my ltf trading and it has dramatically altered the trajectory of my career
discount available for a limited time, they only do this a few times a year so if you join now and work hard then you'll be in a really good spot when it's time to scam everything back up because you'll have the experience and knowledge required to maximize your effort and time spent trading
