#Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase won appeals of fines for his “people’s elbow” celebration, as two fines of $14,926 were rescinded from the #Texans game.
From the appeals office letter, “On appeal, Mr. Chase … further contended that even if he committed the violation, his fine should be reduced because he received no warning that this was not allowed.
“He added that this is a new celebration with his teammate and that it is not offensive. Mr. Chase finally stated that the NFL is assuming the worst of him and his teammate without discussing with the NFLPA.“

the bengals have ran 25 under center plays where they sent a TE in motion. TWENTY FOUR (24) of those plays were a run, with only a single pass
in other words if the bengals are under center and send a TE in motion, there is a 96% chance they are running the ball
