Hey @CostaCoffee 👋 Why have you changed supplier to a non gluten free oat milk? Changing to a milk which increases allergen contamination risk in your stores doesn’t quite make sense to me! Why not stick with one of the many GF options as you were previously? ☺️

I do worry that post COVID we will be going to a #cashless society making it harder for those who struggle with budgeting or have only certain monies when visiting venues, odd that a cash tip is always accepted - and saying do you mind when be told you have to use card #pointless
