Today is Coop’s Catch for Kids, the annual fishing tournament fundraiser run by #GoBolts Coach Jon Cooper that benefits pediatric cancer research and patient services. “Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think it would become as big as it is now…This is two of my favorite days of the year, and it’s super cool because of how much the kids benefit and how much the players care. It’s just a great match, and it’s so much fun—other than the fact that I never catch fish (laughs). That’s a tough one.”

Kucherov on former #GoBolts teammate Steven Stamkos' impact on him on his way to being the franchise's all-time leading scorer: "He's been really good on and off the ice, and he's the reason why I have so many points. He's been putting them in the net so many times, and I had such a great time playing with him, and having him on the power play. He's been a big part of my success, and I can't thank him enough. Just a great guy."

#GoBolts Kucherov when asked about the record after tonight's game: "That's fine. I mean, we just lost the game. Tough one. I don't even know what to think. But it means a lot. I appreciate everyone who played with me and been part of it. It means a lot."
