“Building a Heat-Resilient Community in Richmond, Virginia,” a curriculum unit by @BennettRPS of @CougarScholars @RPS_Schools, examines how urban heat islands in warming cities can be reduced through better urban design and social justice. #RVA #STEM #K12 bit.ly/yni200402
For our science unit on weather, we have an extra credit assignment where students film themselves giving a weather report like a meteorologist using @Flipgrid. Seeing their videos as they come in is hands down the best part of my week! @CougarScholars
