To All: After 32yrs, I’m taking a long-planned sabbatical from @FoxSportsRadio…1000% MY decision, NOT an easy one! Family obligations, heavy travel & once-in-a-lifetime milestones that can’t be missed. Words cannot express my appreciation & gratitude to folks who have supported, listened to & called my Show(s). Thank you for welcoming me into your cars, your homes & your lives. You are the ones who make this special & that never changes. Onward & Upward

@BernieFratto missed my daylight savings time extra hour of the Bernie Fratto show this weekend.
☑️And, they did it with an unheralded backup QB from Muskegon, Michigan

A sports treat to see & listen to the pipes of the inimitable @BernieFratto and his use of the english vocabulary with the equally great @ECSportsInvest 📺.

The key protagonist of the run and shoot offense, Jones was ahead of his time, confounding college defenses #JuneJones #RIP

And, how was your day?

#CoSign @Johnubacon takes you on a journey while also providing a front row seat. Not a bad parlay~
If you haven’t discovered @Johnubacon’s work, I’m jealous. You have so many great books ahead of you. He’s a national treasure.

A classic at a classic venue
A New Jersey-based fan named Rev Ciancio visited 77 different ballparks this season. At each one, he would get a hot dog with mustard, eat it after “Take Me Out to the Ballgame,” and grade it. Here are his top 10:
10. Joliet Slammers (National Association of Professional Baseball): A “rock solid” offering.
9. Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs (Triple-A PHI): “Exactly what a ballpark hot dog is supposed to taste like.”
8. Sussex County Miners (National Association of Professional Baseball): “They’re the only team that I’ve been to that has a ripper, where they’re actually deep-frying the hot dog.”
7. Albuquerque Isotopes (Triple-A COL): “It’s almost foul to highlight how good the hot dog was because there’s so much good there.”
6. Boston Red Sox: “This is one of the Major League stadiums where the lore of the hot dog holds true.”
5. Richmond Flying Squirrels (Double-A SF): “It was just a well-rounded hot dog. Like there was magic and you don’t know why.”
4. Brooklyn Cyclones (High-A NYM): “It’s part of their culture to have a good hot dog.”
3. Chicago Cubs: “I feel like Chicago teams have a right and a duty to produce good hot dogs.”
2. Chicago Dogs (American Association): The poppyseed bun was an “ingredient difference maker.”
1. Reading Fightin Phils (Double-A Phillies): “When you eat a hot dog at Reading, it’s as though every single hot dog was individually cooked. One person took one hot dog and made sure it was perfect.”

LeBron James was born to a 16-year-old single mother in Akron, Ohio. He bounced between friends just to have a place to sleep. Then this country handed him everything.
It gave him over $500 million in NBA salary and over $1 billion more in endorsements and business deals. Forbes puts his net worth at $1.4 billion. He was the first active NBA player in history to become a billionaire.
And when the national anthem plays for the country that made all of that possible, he can't give it two minutes of respect.
No hand over his heart. No standing still. He's goofing around, flailing his arms, flapping around, pretending to shoot a basketball, doing literally anything except honoring the flag that turned a kid from Akron into a billionaire.
That's not a protest. That's not a statement. That's just disrespect.
Millions of Americans work their whole lives and never see a fraction of what this country gave him. Men and women died so he could play a game for a living in front of sold-out arenas. The least he could do is stand there and act like it means something.
