And a huge shout out to @bennettwaxse, elder fellow (PGY-8!) for med-peds ID and 3rd of their line for a great case of gonococcal arthritis in an adolescent. Great reminder that the only icky history Q is the one you don't elicit and tour de force review of bacterial arthritis!
Personal bias shout out to @bhychang for the cool case of loaiasis in a returning traveler (who knew how different it could look for travelers versus locals?!)
