2 ноября 2026 года в Петропавловской Борщаговке (под Киевом) возле частного дома, который использовали как временный пункт дислокации военной части 3121 Национальной гвардии (1-й корпус НГУ «Азов»), произошли столкновения.
1) Это была НЕ «пыточная тюрьма ВСУ»
Подтверждено.
Дом - арендованный частный объект временного размещения мобилизованных (для оформления документов и проверок перед учебными центрами) и задержанных после самовольного оставления части (СЗЧ). Это не тайная «пыточная» и не незаконная тюрьма.
Полиция, командующий НГУ Александр Пивненко, представители «Азова», военная омбудсман и люди, которые зашли внутрь (в частности ветеран Максим Онуфриенко), прямо опровергали заявления о пытках. Онуфриенко, который зашёл вместе с Будановым, сказал: «Никаких мест пыток там не было… кровати офигенные». Народная депутатка, которая осмотрела помещение от подвала до чердака, тоже не нашла следов крови или признаков пыточной. Расследование продолжается, но версия «пыточной» - это фейк, который активно разгоняли в соцсетях.
2) Там НЕ содержали 40 человек в подвале в ужасных условиях
Подтверждено.
Цифра «около 40» - выдумка. Реально внутри находилось около 18–25 военнослужащих (Пивненко называл 18, «врачиха» после входа говорила о 25–30, Буданов упоминал 14 на одном из этапов). Среди них были мобилизованные и несколько задержанных после СЗЧ. Четверых из них госпитализировали (они нуждались в помощи; по словам командования, травмы не обязательно получены на месте).
Условия были спартанскими (временный пункт в частном доме), некоторые родственники называли их «ужасными», но никто из тех, кто зашёл внутрь, не подтвердил массового содержания в подвале в нечеловеческих условиях, пыток или смерти. Полиция сразу опровергла информацию о заложниках и погибшем. История началась со стрима женщины Валентины Молодой (которая представлялась «медиком» частной скорой, но на самом деле владелица клиники пластической хирургии), которая встала на колени у ворот и разгоняла слухи. Её задержали.
3) 14-летний мальчик НЕ содержался в доме, а попал на территорию во время акции
Подтверждено.
Он оказался на территории уже во время столкновений. Видео показывают, как подросток лезет на кирпичный забор, перемещается по нему, бросает камни, ломает ограду и кричит угрозы («Та тебе мой батя еб*ло снесёт…»). Затем он упал/спрыгнул на территорию дома (некоторые источники упоминают дерево возле забора). Командующий НГУ Александр Пивненко прямо заявил: парень «полез на дерево, упал туда», испугался, его затащили внутрь, чтобы защитить от камней, которые кидала толпа, завернули в одеяло и оказали помощь. Его не держали вместе с военными.
Буданов поговорил с ним (парень сказал, что «пришёл с пацанами» и ему 14), позвонил сестре, и родственники его забрали. Версии о том, что его силой затащили и били как «заложника», не подтвердились.
Итог: События начались с фейковых сообщений о «40 заложниках» и «пыточной», которые разгоняли в Telegram/TikTok. Это спровоцировало толпу, столкновения, повреждение техники полиции/НГУ и драки. Власть (Буданов, Пивненко) прибыла на место, люди зашли внутрь, и основные сенсационные утверждения оказались неправдой. ГБР открыло производство, СБУ идентифицировала около 100 участников, расследование продолжается. Ситуация выглядит как спланированная информационная провокация.

We discussed how Germany can support our energy sector and help provide additional protection against Russian missile and drone strikes.
We had a detailed discussion about financial support for Ukraine next year. I am grateful that Germany’s federal budget includes €11.6 billion in planned aid for Ukraine. We are doing everything we can to end the war as soon as possible, but we must be ready to defend Ukraine and our independence. I thank Germany for understanding all our needs, and we count on this decision being approved.

The Russians carried out a complex, massive attack overnight, aimed primarily at our critical infrastructure. And the main target was energy – power generation facilities and substations – in the Odesa, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, and Rivne regions. In many cities and communities, emergency and unscheduled power outages are ongoing. In Kharkiv, the Russians directly struck a city clinical hospital. Seventy-three people were injured, and the cardiology department, where people were receiving treatment, was damaged.
A rescue operation has also been underway since yesterday in Komyshuvakha, in the Zaporizhzhia region. Tragically, the death toll has risen. Russia has killed 29 people. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Five people were injured. There are still people under the rubble. Rescue operations continue as far as the security situation allows – there is a threat of Russian double-tap strikes, as they always so wickedly do.
Overnight alone, the Russians launched 289 attack drones, 17 ballistic missiles, and 59 cruise missiles. And even now, the air raid alert continues, and there is a threat of new Russian missile and drone attacks.
It is very telling that all of this is happening on the day of the U.S. congressional elections. The Russians believe that America will not notice this signal from them. But such terror must be noticed and stopped. Ukraine must be helped to defend its skies, otherwise Russia will never stop its missile strikes. It is essential to help build peace honestly and reliably, and America can do that. Thank you to everyone who will not remain silent about this Russian attack. Thank you to everyone who supports the defense of Ukraine.

A humanitarian operation to rescue people in Oleshky, in the Kherson region, has taken place. A ceasefire was established in the Kherson sector, during which roads to Oleshky were cleared of mines and humanitarian aid was delivered. We hope humanitarian access to Oleshky will remain open. Also, people who needed evacuation have been taken out of the city and the surrounding community. As of now, Ukrainian citizens from Oleshky have crossed the Ukrainian border in the Chernihiv region. All of them will receive the assistance they need. It is important that government agencies and all the regional and local authorities involved work effectively and help our people adapt.
I thank the American side and U.S. First Lady Melania Trump for their mediation. I am proud of our Defense Forces of Ukraine, who defend our country and honorably ensured the security conditions for this humanitarian operation. I thank Ukraine’s Human Rights Ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, and his team for carrying out this mission. And I thank everyone around the world – every journalist, every political and civic leader, and every concerned person – who helped draw global attention to the situation in Oleshky and the true humanitarian catastrophe in Ukrainian territory temporarily occupied by Russia. When the world pays attention, people are rescued. Further steps toward de-escalation and real progress toward peace are also needed. Glory to Ukraine!

Every day Russian strikes hit our energy infrastructure, causing extensive damage. Russia’s operation against our power generation, energy grids and interconnectors continues. It launched 17 ballistic missiles last night, some of which struck our oil refining infrastructure in Kremenchuk.
The Russians have not taken a single step toward energy de-escalation. We will act accordingly and justly.
