To update further on this thread, @travolook called and said, @IndiGo6E is cancelling #flights just like that and refunding amount too much delay & by that time flights tickets are getting surged, looks like an #scam by #indigo @ZeeNews @ndtv @republic @indiatvnews – at Bengaluru South, India

Responsible and if any customer has to claim anything on Indigo customers has to start booking directly from #indigo i was amazed by the reply and was thinking how airlines are fooling and looting customers. – at Bengaluru South, India

Initiated within 35-40 days, WTF? Who gives such timelines in digital era? I checked with Indigo and they said you should have booked it from indigo now the prices are tripled when i told them what their vendor is saying, they mentioned for any of their channels they are not – at Bengaluru South, India
