- Double Brown aged 14 months in Woodinville Whisky barrels.
- Triple IPA aged 12 months in bourbon barrels that once aged maple syrup. – at Sammamish, WA
releasing the Monohon today. Monohon, our pre prohibition brew. This recipe is based on an old West Coast lager style beer brewed back in the 1800s. 2 row barley & corn. Full and rich in flavor We used hops that are growing at the south end of lake Sammamish.
