What ever happened with Iran's "something big is happening tonight"? Did I miss it?

Here is a clip from the aftermath of the recent Air India disaster. It shows one of the wings and specifically the inboard and outboard edges. It's not conclusive but the slats and flaps don't look to be deployed. There are two other pictures of this aircraft (one preparing for take-off and just after take-off with the flaps deployed.
