In the gym listening to Public Enemy’s “Fear of a Black Planet” which someone recommended the other day.
Any other classic albums that make good listening in the gym?
About to head into the theatre but it will be a travesty if Lamine Yamal isn’t holding the Ballon D’or by the time I get out.

When’s it our turn? @WestHamHelp
Sheffield Wednesday Football Club confirms that Henrik Pedersen has left the club with immediate effect.
Henrik led the first team through an exceptional period in the club's history, providing stability and leadership during a time of significant uncertainty and change.
The club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Henrik for his contribution and wishes him every success in the future.
Sporting Director Simon Wilson said: “First and foremost, I want to thank Henrik for his professionalism, commitment and contribution during an exceptionally challenging period for Sheffield Wednesday.
“We knew the start of this season would be difficult due to the scale of change across the club, but our expectation was always that we would develop as the season progressed, establishing a recognisable style of play and greater consistency in our performances.
“Although we have accumulated points, we haven’t seen enough progress in those areas. We believe making a change now gives us the best opportunity to establish those foundations and build towards the second half of the season and beyond.
“We remain ambitious about what we can achieve this campaign, and our focus remains on building a Sheffield Wednesday team with a clear identity, capable of delivering sustained improvement and long-term success.”
Matt Hamshaw will take interim charge of the first team while the club undertakes the process of appointing its next Head Coach.
The club will provide further updates when appropriate.
Hold on, are football clubs allowed to show this kind of decisiveness…?

If you took away Hermansen’s arms, I honestly think he’d be more effective as a keeper.
Didn’t need to hire James Bond to see we have a keeper that’s uncomfortable under pressure and can’t catch, a left back that is ineffective going forward and doesn’t have the pace to get back, a midfield that’s too lightweight and can’t retain possession, a left winger that cuts inside every time he’s in possession and an inconsistent striker that’s bang out of form…
And we’ll put 10 men behind the ball and panic every time teams come forward.

Twice this season I have watched former Ballon D’or winner Alexia Putellas and twice I have been incredibly underwhelmed from someone who is allegedly one of the best players in the world.
