The sex was so good that when she got home, she sat on the edge of her bed for almost ten minutes, smiling at absolutely nothing.
Then her phone buzzed.
It was him.
“Did you get home safely?”
She replied, “Yes.”
He sent another message.
“Good. Because I’m already missing you.”
She rolled her eyes, dropped her phone on the bed, and whispered, “This man will finish me.”
But what happened that night wasn't even the most interesting part of their story.

I got pregnant after cheating on my husband with his younger colleague, and I was about to confess everything when my husband asked me whether I wanted to know why he had stopped touching me for the past four months.
My husband and I had been married for five years. For the last two, we had been trying desperately to have a baby.
Every month, I hoped I was pregnant. Every month, I was disappointed.
Then my husband started working late with a new colleague named Kevin. He sometimes invited Kevin to our house, and we became friendly.
One evening, after my husband left for a business trip, Kevin came over to return something he had borrowed.

I broke down crying.
He thought I was crying because of his diagnosis.
He had no idea I was crying because I had betrayed him.
That night, I decided I would tell him the truth, no matter what happened to our marriage.
But when I finally confessed, he didn’t ask who Kevin was.
He asked me one question:
“Did you know Kevin was the person who recommended that fertility clinic to me?”
I froze.
Because I suddenly remembered something Kevin had said the very first night we slept together.
He had asked me whether my husband had told me the truth about why we couldn’t have a child.
And I had assumed he was just making conversation. 😭💔

Applicant: “My daughter is graduating from college. She’s been asking me to come for two years.”
Visa Officer: “How long do you plan to stay?”
Applicant: “Ten days. I have a business to return to.”
Visa Officer: “Who is paying for the trip?”
Applicant: “I am.”
Visa Officer: “Your daughter sent you money last month. What was that for?”
Applicant: “She helped me pay for the flight.”
Visa Officer: “You just said you’re paying for the trip.”
Applicant: “I am paying for the hotel and my other expenses. She offered to help with the ticket.”
The officer looked at the documents again.
Visa Officer: “If your daughter can afford to help you travel, why can’t she pay for the entire trip?”
Applicant: “Because I didn’t raise her to be responsible for every expense I have.”
