Last night, I had the privilege of meeting the 15th Sergeant Major of the Army, Daniel A. Dailey! ๐ซก
Six years ago, a Colonel laughed in my face at the idea of @RegimentGG and using gaming to build camaraderie in the Military community.

A Veteran said that he drove 2hours just to meet me in person at the Military Influencer event in Dallas last night.
Statements like that will always be surreal, and Iโm forever grateful to everyone who supports @RegimentGG! โค๏ธ
These smaller, intimate gatherings of like-minded leaders in the Military & Veteran community are incredibly powerful.
We are all working toward the same goal, just using different approaches. Suicide prevention is a complex puzzle, and every piece needs to work together for real progress to happen.

Esports organizations need to invest in hiring staff to run their communities.
There is a reason all these esports orgs are going bankrupt and shutting down, the old playbook is no longer working.
Focus on building a community around the org before going bankrupt on players that bring no ROI.
