David Jolly wants an insurance system for gun owners and to explore licensing to own a firearm. Under Ron DeSantis, law-abiding Floridians can carry without asking Tallahassee for a permit. Jolly would undo that. Vote Byron Donalds.
Angie Nixon rallied with Bernie Sanders for 'tuition-free' public colleges. Florida already has the lowest in-state university tuition in the nation, and nearly 80% of in-state undergrads at our universities carry no student loan debt. Keep Florida's model. Vote Ashley Moody.

David Jolly says that as governor he'd challenge the court ruling that restored open carry in Florida. Ron DeSantis signed constitutional carry into law in 2023. Jolly would take Florida backward on the Second Amendment. Don't let him. Vote Byron Donalds.

No GOP ad or mailer will do a better job of getting Florida Republicans out to vote for @ByronDonalds than this clip.
Has Europe never heard of AC? I mean we figured that out in Florida 100 years ago.

Cook Political Report recently moved Florida's governor race from Likely R to Lean R. Good. Nobody should feel comfortable. Our registration lead only counts if it shows up. Early voting opens in all 67 counties tomorrow.
Republicans lead early in-person voting by more than 50,000. Democrats' total ballot lead dropped from about 54,700 to 34,800 in one day. Tomorrow every county opens early voting. Polls don't vote. People do.

Important Information
Florida law mandates paper ballots for voting and when disputes occur, the paper ballot is the best evidence of voter intent. All voting equipment is tested and certified by the State before it can be deployed by a county Supervisor of Elections. Furthermore, in advance of each election the voting equipment is tested to ensure ballots are printed correctly and that the voting system is tabulating votes correctly. These tests, known as Logic and Accuracy Testing, are publicly noticed in advance and open to the public.
With this said, Federal law requires the provisions of voting equipment for use by persons with disabilities as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA). Because the law prohibits voters from being asked to prove their disability, if someone requests to vote on an ADA compliant system, they are allowed to vote in this manner.
Every election cycle we receive reports of voters having difficulties with the ADA voting machines. It is incumbent on voters who choose this method to read and follow all instructions and they must make selections carefully using the marking devices provided. We encourage voters to review their selections before tabulation and notify poll workers of any issues.
Here is the critical part:
Voters must be afforded the opportunity to vote a paper ballot as no one is required to vote using the ADA equipment. Some counties push voters to this method, however the Legislature changed the law with respect to the use of the ADA equipment but it won't take effect until 2027.
If a voter is told they cannot vote using a paper ballot they should immediately contact the Department of State.
