Emotional final shift at Selby, what a team. Been a massive learning experience for myself at 19. Now it's time to step up as Assistant Manager at U842👀 Let's go @KyleS_ERAC 👍

Great meeting this morning with the area ESQI captains - discussing our success areas of improvement in regards to service. Huge things to come with some excellent captains at the wheel! @ClaireW_ERAC @ERAC_Tyler
The man the myth
Been a busy few weeks at U801. I've now completed stage 2 training with 94% whilst also being in charge of captaining Wakey to the top 5 of VR dash consistently📈. Now it's time for stage 3 and prep for my MQI, excited to see what the future brings😀 @u8shannonnb @ClaireW_ERAC

Celebrating an all time high with a 94% at 42 and a 94.4% at 15 in terms of service. Thank you @ClaireW_ERAC for the meeting where we found our weaknesses to further boost these numbers and so we remain consistent, watch this space at Area E 👀 @KyleS_ERAC @kierancregan

Thank you for joining us on our statement night Qasim. Great to have accounts’ perspective. Increased budget as a result of our 3MO control wins in area E 💰 normal discussion, with an added twist of personal additional revenue / service / sales @kierancregan @ClaireW_ERAC
Had an amazing first few week at Enterprise! Very insightful 1 on 1 today. There is a lot to learn and the job is very intense, but it is made much easier with the great help by all my fantastic colleagues at U842! PS @KyleS_ERAC don’t knock it before you try😉
Venomous start to Billy’s career over the last few weeks at Barnsley, definitely some strong potential. Questionable choice mixing Fanta and coke together though…👀 welcome to the team #U842 #NEWHIRE @ClaireW_ERAC @kierancregan
