Jesse and Aubrey. Two boys. The same cause of death. Why should dying before birth mean less access to independent scrutiny, fewer opportunities to learn and fewer chances to prevent another death? Same harm. Same justice. @AlexDaviesJones @MoJGovUK @GavinWilliamson

So @ClaireCNWL @LucyGoBag my mistake was to not go to media about the 300 instances of accessing my notes by 60 different individuals, including the reading, printing and downloading of @GrenfellNHS counselling. Nor about the trust's attempt to cover up and then discredit me.

Agree - it does look odd. @LaylaMoran hasn't met with the Oxford campaigners, and has now decided that what OUH needs is a lovely new building. @YvetteCooperMP told the maternity taskforce ERGs she intended to meet with "everybody" - we hope that includes the OUH families.

When we hear from women with third and fourth degree tears we signpost to @masic_uk, but when we hear from women who have long-term health problems from c-sections, there isn't another charity to signpost to. Maybe someone could set one up?

The report is a tremendously powerful account of 100’s of family experiences - & the familiar themes of so called ‘normal birth’ being prioritised & pushed beyond safe limits - leaps from almost every page. Beyond disgraceful that this was report was not even shared with the advisors that visited Oxford.
Families Failed by OUH Maternity Services prepared our 40-page report for @ValerieAmos & @MatNeoInv & sent it to them Nov ‘25. To be informed that NMNI expert advisers did not read it undermines the entire ‘investigation’. @YvetteCooperMP @MichelleWelshMP
