Hellfire for the Mega Drive (NCS Corporation/Masaya/1990) is a notoriously challenging, classic horizontal scrolling shoot-'em-up ported from the arcade original designed by Toaplan.
It is not a direct arcade port: it adjusts items and introduces new elements, but is a very compelling shooter and a must for Toaplan fans.
