It's officially Nvidia, $NVDA, earnings day: Nvidia is expected to report $24.5 BILLION in revenue for Q1 2024. To put this in perspective, this reflects 241% year-over-year revenue growth for the 3rd largest company in the world. Just 5 years ago, Nvidia reported Q1 revenue of only $2.2 billion, marking a ~1000% increase in 5 years. EPS expectations are at $5.13 for Q1 2024 marking a MASSIVE 482% year-over-year jump. In Q1 2024, Nvidia’s contribution to the S&P 500's EPS growth is estimated to reach ~40%. Today is a big day.
