Day 0 Starting today, I’m officially building @EvmGenesis in public. Full transparency, sharing every win and every setback along the way. Two years ago I built @ordinalgenesis, and it turned into something far bigger than I ever expected. Now its time to extend. With this new project, my goal is to show that anyone can create something meaningful if they commit. You don’t need massive funding or a huge team, just a small, focused group of 2–3 people who are all-in. The aim is simple: make the experience incredibly easy to use while still giving it a unique feel that stands out. For Day 0, I’ve been sketching out early design ideas and finally landed on a mint page direction I’m excited about. Tomorrow I’ll probably start on the creator dashboard. I’m aiming for a full end-to-end experience with a generator built in, basically an all-in-one UX to launch JPEGs permissionlessly.

There is so many things happening around me, @BitcoinGoblins and @ordinalgenesis. Goblins swept left and right and big launchpad mints. So it's time for an introduction to everything we do. Me I'm hedrin, and i do a bit of everything, some frontend stuff, some graphics, communication, outreach and so on. i've also been doing ordinals since the very beginning. A month ago i dropped out of university with only 2 months left to get my computer science degree. I did this to work on @ordinalgenesis full-time. Team I'm lucky enough to have a great team around me, and we share the same work ethic. Our team itself is very young, and i would argue we're the youngest team in ordinals; in many ways i think our age gives us an advantage. Our team is a combination between frontend and backend developers, mods, collab managers, artists, social media managers and most importantly good friends. This wouldnt be possible without any of you; and especially @Grishnarbtc who stuck around when everyhing looked impossible and everyone tweeted "ordinals are dead" Our story Enough about the team, lets talk about what we've done so far. We launched Bitcoin Goblins, which was a small collection of 99 ordinals. This collection is one of the earliest ones ever made. It was a paid mint, but after expenses, art, websites, designs and so on we only had a few thousand dollars in the treasury. After this we did a free claim/airdrop of our secondary collection Scientist Goblins, this collection was somewhat bigger, but by the current standards it was still pretty small; 500 pieces. When we finished this drop, we always imagined everything being about developing tools for our commmunity. We made the FIRST EVER staking on ordinals, which might not be a huge feat nowadays, but back then it was pretty big. Both for our team and the community. A while after all of this ordinals were down bad and many of the OG communities went dead silent. We tried a few things but pivoted quickly back to our original philosophy. We ended up spending a few months developing ordinal genesis and the launchpad plattform. At this point we didnt have any money from anywhere since we were so young, and we never wanted to extract millions with random mints, we also didnt want to have a seeding round or VC funding as well. It ended up with us using a very large chunk of our trading profits building out everything. There were weeks where we did 16 hour days with both trading and building the launchpad. Sometimes this fell pointless and terrible, but we always ALWAYS had the discipline and commitement to keep going. We had conviction and went trough with our plans, no matter how hard it was sometimes. What are the plans now? We push QOL changes for the launchpad and improvements about 3 times a week, so we're still working with this every single day. The most anticipated thing might be the raffle website were currently working on, thats gonna be a part of the @BitcoinGoblins ecosystem. This website will allow users to raffle of their ordinals in exchange of BTC. a rough ETA is a few weeks, maybe less, maybe more. We work around the clock to make it work. well I lied, this part is the most anticipated thing: We spent the last funds from anything goblin related on inscribing 1k mutant goblins sub 1 mill, this will get extended to a 10k collection in the near future. But before this we want to have the "utility" and products ready, which is getting closer and closer. We do not believe in launching something with promises only. Both genesis goblins and scientist goblins are gonna be a central piece in absolutely everything we do. Of course times have changed, and looking back at us spending our last few thousand dollars on inscriptions is very funny to me now I appreciate everyone reading this, and everyone who has ever interacted with us or just talked to be in general chat or holder chats.
