We do not need Andy Burnham’s permission to investigate Britain’s role in Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
He refused an inquiry. 80,000 people answered him in thirteen days.
Truth does not need the Prime Minister’s signature. It needs 100,000 of ours.

While discussing my litigation, Gavin Millar KC apparently said to Mark Lewis of Patron Law "Corbynite as well, another reason to bring him down". I am the "him". Mr Millar apparently also said I was a "Corbynista obsessed with Palestinian issue".
I am an ordinary man who lives in an ordinary house in an ordinary area of Huddersfield. I have a partner, three kids and a job. I have no wealth, status or power in our society.
I was a Corbynite because I believe in crazy stuff such as ending child poverty. This would, of course, require people like Millar to pay more tax.
While I am - in common with most of humanity - opposed to Israel's ethnic cleansing and genocide, I am not obsessed with Palestine and my litigation had nothing to do with Palestine.
It seems that Millar - one of His Majesty's counsel and someone with wealth, status and power - thought the litigation was a chance to "bring me down". This would, of course, have had awful consequences for my partner and children.
Ho-hum. Perhaps I am naïve for thinking that litigation ought not to be used like this.
Two things irk me. First, it seems Millar lacks the common decency to get in touch with me to explain what he said and, if necessary, to apologise. Am I - for Millar - so unworthy of respect that an apology is beyond his contemplation?
Second, Millar and Lewis - two high-profile lawyers - apparently discussed using their clients' High Court litigation to "bring down" an ordinary member of the public because they disagreed with his political views. How is it that this is of such trivial significance that none of our fearless, independent, public-interest media sees fit to report it? @MatrixChambers

The UK does not have a welfare crisis. It does, instead, have politicians who want to scapegoat the most vulnerable people in our society. Unscrupulous neoliberal politicians and commentators are our problem. Those in need are not. youtu.be/C89jDlwF1vs?si=LMYt…

A petition to launch a public inquiry into the UK's role in the Gaza genocide has now reached over 60,000 signatures.
If it surpasses 100,000, it must be considered for a debate in parliament.

Nine days. 60,000 signatures.
Andy Burnham said Labour “got it wrong” on Gaza, then refused an inquiry into how. He will not name Israel’s genocide. The truth belongs to us, the people. We are not going anywhere.
40,000 more and MPs must debate it. Sign: petition.parliament.uk/petit…

This is disgusting. Setting up that revolving door job. A man who completely failed in job for the people but did everything the deep state asked for. It's everything wrong with this world.

50,000 people in one week. That’s how many demand an inquiry into Britain’s role in Gaza.
Andy Burnham’s Labour says there’s no need. We say they’re hiding something. At 100,000 we force a debate in Parliament.
