BREAKING NEWS!
The engineer who built Claude Code from scratch just released a 28-minute video that's pure gold: how to write prompts that deliver ridiculously good results.
I've seen $300 courses that don't even come close to what he explains in the first 10 minutes.
CLAUDE.md files, memory shortcuts, parallel sessions, and prompting patterns that almost no one uses..

John Wooden shares a mindset that we all need to adopt every day.
"Yesterday is gone. That'll never change. Tomorrow is yet to be."
"How can you affect tomorrow? By today. That's the only possible way."
"I tried to get each player to make each day his masterpiece."
Don't get caught up in the past or worry about the future - make today your masterpiece.
Then he shared advice he gave to certain players:
"You've gotta put the past out. Good or bad, it's past - it'll never change. The only way you can affect the future is what you do today."
You can't change yesterday. You can't control tomorrow. You only have today.
Then he recited a poem by Vivian Larimore that he loved:
"I've shut the door on yesterday, its sorrows and mistakes. I've locked within its gloomy walls past failures and heartaches."
"And now I throw the key away to seek another room and furnish it with hopes and smiles and every springtime bloom."
"I've shut the door on yesterday and thrown the key away. Tomorrow holds no fears for me, for I have found today."
"Today is the day that counts. It's today."
The present moment is the only place where you can truly make a difference.
Don't carry yesterday's failures or worry about the unknown.
Focus on what you can control.

1. Pre snap communications to alert the motion.
2. Makes the check and adjusts his alignment .
3. Visions number 1 to calculate exit angle.
4. Corner takes screen in the flat.
5. Reads QB, finds the track, locates ball and “bingo”. Sheesh! Can he reclassify?

A lot of interest in the post below. I know I come off as critical at times, but based on DM's a lot of people want to hear what I actually think about tackling.
I get a kick out of being called a meathead, having my knowledge of the game questioned. The idea being you have to smack helmets and go live every day to teach tackling couldn't be further from the truth.
This is a great example of how you can teach it and still get the right feeling. Shin angle, body angle, learning what it feels like to generate real force and drive through somebody, create a penetrating blow. Great way to work a cut tackle or chop tackle.
Huge difference between this and running full speed at a stationary bag or tackle wheel and launching at it. Here, you have to create force to move it. You can't just launch. The resistance exposes technique. Do it wrong and it doesn't work.
Safe and effective at any age, any level. I look at this and I can feel how it would make me a better tackler. I don't get that feeling launching at pads and tackling wheels.
Just one idea. Think outside the box. Plenty of different, creative ways to do this, and some good drills out there. Keep an open mind. See the game from a different lens.
Shout out to @SSRugby IG page for the clip.
