We did a side quest for our collateral settlement protocol: drafted a put option contract for "insuring" btc lending position. Now back to mainnet deployment schedule.
Testing withdrawals on custom Signet, from @BlitzPerp's wallet (PWA). Look at the demo.
In case of emergency, do Emergency exit broadcasts. Static version of the wallet tab is coming, too. You may not need testnet.blitzperp.com to be online.
There are no derivatives. No derivatives, no adoption. @standard_sats
Fiat Channel tech was very good but it lacked proper derivatives or at least robust lending protocols. Payments live well in ETH land because there are derivatives, there is huge lending market (to Bitcoin's).
Bitcoin cannot be generally accepted.
It is not a matter of technology. Its *volatility is the blocker*. gist.github.com/fernandonm/8…
Using a volatile asset to price goods or contracts is more costly than using a stable asset and implies wider spreads in the pairs with other assets.
Here is our exchange, running on custom Signet, sending orders and opening perpetual futures positions backed up by offchain Bitcoin transactions. Let's talk about it on @LuganoPlanB.
We have fixed our nostr account, finally.

Self-custody is getting challenged right now. Despite that we believe that having a dedicated wallet that stores keys client side is a better option than putting funds entirely in CEX or one of custodians managing off-exchange settlement for you.
Auditing other Bitcoin projects right now and finding bugs that would make most people delete their wallets. The only UTXOs that belong in a hot wallet are the ones you're about to spend. That includes the IOUs sitting on exchanges. If I can find these, the people who are actually good at this will too.
BlitzPerp is a new venue that builds on top of statechain protocol. Off-chain transactions and complex spending rules work as the third layer above the second, which is a statechain protocol. We believe, BlitzPerp is unique in terms of providing funds security beginning from the mere deposits for which users always possess backup transactions and throughput needed for perps. BlitzPerp is selected as a runner-up candidate for @cypher_tank.

Bad pitches:
• Open with the market size
• Explain what the product does
• Show a hockey stick with no assumptions behind it
Good pitches:
• Open with the thing you know that nobody else believes
• Explain why now, not just why
• Show what you've already built with almost nothing
