NEW: Witnesses say it sounded like a missile. A $2 million private jet dropped out of the sky and slammed into a mobile home park in Palm Beach County, Florida, and authorities say multiple people are dead.
The plane, believed to be a Learjet 60 that took off from Austin, Texas, crashed just before 2 p.m. Sunday in Greenacres, west of West Palm Beach. Flight tracking data shows it was cruising at more than 35,000 feet before it suddenly plunged almost straight down. It clipped a tree, took out power lines, and hit a mobile home, leaving a fireball and a crater in the ground. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue declared a mass casualty incident. No one knows yet how many people were on the plane or if anyone was inside that home. The FAA and NTSB are now investigating what caused it. Please keep every family touched by this in your prayers tonight.

In Loving Memory of Deputy Andrew Nunez
With heavy hearts and profound grief, we honor the memory of San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Nunez, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty on October 27, 2025.
Deputy Nunez served with unwavering commitment, courage, and deep compassion for the community he vowed to protect. His bravery and sacrifice reflect a life dedicated to safeguarding others, even at the greatest cost. Such devotion will remain forever etched in our hearts.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and fellow deputies as they face this unimaginable loss. May they be surrounded by comfort, lifted by the love of their community, and strengthened by the legacy of honor he leaves behind.
Rest in eternal peace, Deputy Nunez. Your watch has concluded, yet your spirit, service, and sacrifice will live on in every life you touched.
