When you put a picture or a Gif into a tweet, +ALT appears on the bottom right corner. Tap that and add a description of what is shown. This is so that ppl who use screen readers can “see” what is there instead of vast nothingness. 🙂

Last night, I made Coconut Curry Chickpeas with Pumpkin & Lime (NYT Cooking recipe) but substituted roasted Honeynut squash that I then mashed for the pumpkin purée, since I needed to use the squash. OMG! So delicious! And we have leftovers for tonight and maybe tomorrow. #dinner
