Using the drone to capture from above without walking on them. For those asking I prepared a stale seed bed by digging out the old grass and rotavating a few times. Then left for a while and weeded before raking in seeds at end of April.

I cut back old grass then broke it up with rotavator and did a few times, left it and weeded it and then raked in seeds. Should last a couple of months.
This is a great example of how preparing a good seed bed really does pay off!! Thank you for sharing @carlow
- what a joyful display that is no doubt thriving with insects #biodiversityireland #wellbeingireland
I put a lot of effort into getting the wildflower area ready this year but it has paid off with an amazing display now that is absolutely alive with insects now. The main seed used was native wildflower seed from @BloomingNative
