$MRNA #Intismeran had 6 deaths vs 0 in placebo. Moderna investigators "claim" none related to their drug. The statistical chances are less than 10%. Given they refuse to reveal deaths' details, I would say the chances of that being true are 0. Stock should open Monday at $50.

I applaud @BlueDuckCap for its excellent letter to the @evanspiegel and the $SNAP board this morning. Very well thought out proposal and presented well. And for the record, I don't know and have never spoken to anyone at this firm. I just happen to really like the letter and agree with the proposal. I hope the Board takes these thoughts very seriously, in addition to the @IrenicCap proposal earlier this year. For those that want to read the letter directly, it is linked here: mmx.prnewswire.com/media/MS2…

Thought provoking convo today on $XGN as the next $CDNA … what caused the rerating from 2x revs to 6x? ✅ end market with more demand for specialty DX (true of both transplant and autoimmune) ✅ rev growth acceleration from mid-teens ✅ crossover to EBITDA profitability The $XGN CEO has said he expects eventually autoimmune DX will be viewed like oncology. But before we get there, following the $CDNA path in specialty DX would be pretty exciting. Probably wrong, NFA.

If this is incredibly slim than social media owes @evanspiegel an apology. He just yanked a brick out of his pocket. Bullish $SNAP
I just got to try the new Meta VR glasses which are pretty much the Meta Quest 4 we’ve been waiting for. Full video: youtu.be/8J8oIs1GA0o

$STLN Is it a value-based care platform, or a specialty pharma business in disguise? Either way, they cover ~2m lives today vs. opportunity of 100m. Management's last 2 calls (Q2 and at Wells Fargo this month) are some of the most bullish I've listened to for any company. 3x+ in 3yrs does not take crazy math to solve to, especially when you listen to what they're telling you...

Many are saying @petersellis is the wartime leader @Snap needs as @evanspiegel focuses his efforts on @specs.
EXCLUSIVE🚨: Former Snap Inc. & Discord product chief @petersellis just released 90 minutes with @lennysan on Lenny's Pod. The in-depth interview covered a wide range of topics including Sellis's organizational philosophy of building "teams like terrorist organizations'. When @The_ADSN reached out for comment, Sellis confirmed that he had indeed left a "warzone of adtech behind him". For more check out the full interview below and catch Sellis on an upcoming episode of 30 minutes on ADSN. Watch here: open.spotify.com/episode/0Az…

$SNAP presentation recap: - @evanspiegel way more likeable that I expected - the tech is actually cool - needs a few more generations to become consumer ready - desperately needs outside investment to fund it for the next few generations. Only way to see it's full potential

$ECOR showing you the opportunity in small caps - newly appointed CEO and all-star medtech salesman Mike Fox just bought stock in the open market, but the news services haven’t picked it up yet. Insider buying from the key executive at the co just after his promotion seems like a monster signal. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/… Of course probably wrong and NFA.

$STLN down b/c $CVS says healthcare cost trends still running out of control is funny. $STLN a major solution to containing those costs. Maybe relevant that a broker survey found “oncology spend” as the #1 concern for payers and $STLN as the low cost, share gaining solution.

New $STLN revolving credit line announced after the close just routine news right? Wrong. Add’l $25M allows them to prebuy drugs and secure material discounts. It was one quarter ago that a single prebuy causes a positive $10M swing in FCF guide. Look for more of that ahead.

Why data from @moderna_tx pivotal clinical trial on its recently @FDA approved mRNA influenza vaccine not reported on clinical.gov? Is it not mandated? How come the data from the major trial used for approval not publicly reported? @NIHDirector_Jay @SecKennedy

Wowzers - insider buying at $ECOR and $STIM and $STLN today. All stocks that have performed well recently, but seems like insiders see more.

FDA's own file on Moderna's new mRNA flu shot, in one chart. - 3 in 4 adults 65+ had a reaction. - Day-stopping reactions, 4x the comparator. - Deaths of unspecified cause: 23 vs 9 — with zero autopsies performed. - Benefit: 137 people switched to prevent one case of flu-like illness. All FDA's numbers. Including their caveats. rationalground.com/p/new-mod…

$TOI / $STLN specialty pharmacy gross profit grew 80% y/y… it’s not all you need to know, but in my opinion (which is probably wrong and certainly not financial advice) it’s all you need to know until the stock is $10+
$STLN / $TOI beat and raise. EBITDA positive in Q2 (all the FinX pundits were panicking last Q when they guided to a small loss). Raised guidance, announced multiple new contracts, and reinvesting gross profit upside into growth. If you were panic selling the headline on chat room hot takes… NGMI. Know what you own. Hold them to account.

Analyst comments on $XGN. The “controversy” after 3Q25 is over. Stock was at $12 back then. “The debate since the 3Q25 direct-bill account loss has been whether ASP growth would stall or reverse, with volume accruing at lower ASP, compressing margin, and pushing out profitability. 2Q26 refutes that. In-period ASP of ~$455 sits well above the ~$430 4Q25 exit rate, with record volume delivered at a TTM ASP nearly 40% above pre-2023 reset levels, producing near break-even adj. EBITDA at ~$20M of quarterly revenue and validating the ~$80M break-even framework.”

$TOI update sure should be fun: $CI report this AM - “This quarter, we also saw faster-than-expected adoption of specialty generics and biosimilars, both of which improve affordability for patients and clients.” What drives $TOI rev growth and margin expansion? Exactly this.
